As part of the Abacus Medicine Group, Ecopharmasupply plays a key role in securing access to hard‑to‑find and unavailable medicines across global markets. Based in Estaimpuis (Belgium), our team specialises in sourcing critical pharmaceutical products and bridging supply gaps that directly impact patient care.
You'll join our dedicated No More Shortages (NMS) team — a group committed to ensuring that patients and partners receive timely access to critical medicines. The team works closely across departments such as Customer Service and Quality Assurance, creating a collaborative environment where knowledge‑sharing and continuous improvement are part of everyday life. With international touchpoints and diverse projects, NMS is a team where curiosity, structure, and initiative truly thrive.

In this role, you will handle, coordinate, and document inquiries with precision and care to support the NMS system. Your day will involve supplier communication, database management, cross‑functional collaboration, and supporting global initiatives — all contributing to efficient medication access processes.
Your Main Responsibilities Include
* Handle and monitor incoming inquiries to keep processes organised and ensure timely follow‑up.
* Coordinate with suppliers to secure accurate information on prices, availability, and documentation.
* Support customers and internal teams by providing clear information and ensuring smooth communication.
* Evaluate product alternatives and create concise overviews that aid decision‑making.
* Maintain product and quotation data to ensure reliable and up‑to‑date information across systems.
* Verify required product documents to uphold compliance and data accuracy.
* Collaborate across departments to align workflows and strengthen cross‑functional processes.
* Monitor data quality to support efficient operations and solid information management.
* Assist in international projects and improvements that enhance tools, systems, and ways of working.
