SALES BUSINESS ANALYST

To support our growing international Sales organization, we are looking for a
Sales Business Analyst
who combines strong analytical skills with a hands-on, business-driven mindset.
Your role
As
Sales Business Analyst
, you play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the Sales organization. You translate data into clear insights, optimize sales processes and ensure strong data integrity across systems. This role partners closely with Sales Directors, Sales Managers, Customer Service and Marketing to improve performance, support strategic initiatives and drive operational excellence.
This role is based in our headquarters in Boom and requires close, in-person collaboration with our Sales teams. Although based in Boom, this role supports an international Sales organization and involves frequent interaction with colleagues and stakeholders across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Analytics & Reporting
* Support Sales Directors with reports, data analysis and insights
* Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales performance, KPIs, and customer segmentation.
* Prepare sales performance reviews, including insights, trends, and recommendations.
* Deliver analyses to support commercial decisions and strategic initiatives.
* Analyse results and success of fairs, sales/marketing campaigns and sales events
Sales Process Improvement
* Improve and implement sales processes in close collaboration with the Sales Directors.
* Document sales processes, workflows, and best practices to ensure clarity and consistency.
* Identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven process improvements.
CRM Ownership & Data Integrity
* Own CRM data quality, integrity, and governance.
* Ensure accurate and up-to-date sales process documentation within the CRM.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Act as an internal liaison between Sales and Marketing, Logistics, and Finance to drive process improvements.
* Support alignment of systems, data flows, and reporting across departments.
Commercial Support & Sales Enablement
* Assist with sales planning and creation of Partnership Programs
* Assist in onboarding new sales team members on tools, dashboards, and sales processes.
* Support training initiatives to improve adoption of CRM, reporting tools, and sales workflows.
Your profile
We'd love to meet you if you:
* Have
experience
as a Sales
Analyst
, Business Analyst, or in a similar commercial role.
* Hold a
Master's degree
in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
* Are
fluent
in
Dutch and English
, both spoken and written.
* Possess
strong analytical skills
and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
* Have
advanced Excel skills
and experience with
CRM systems
(e.g., HubSpot or similar). Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a strong plus.
* Demonstrate
excellent stakeholder management
and communication skills.
* Are
structured, detail-oriented, and process-driven
with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
* Are
proactive, pragmatic, hands-on, and solution-oriented
, consistently driving initiatives to completion.
