* Managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments across multiple time zones.
* Organising business trips, including travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and itinerary preparation.
* Preparing, formatting, proofreading, and finalising legal documents, presentations, and correspondence.
* Handling incoming and outgoing communications professionally.
* Coordinating internal and external meetings, including the preparation of agendas and meeting materials.
* Managing client files and ensuring that documentation is accurately maintained and filed.
* Assisting with billing processes, expense reports, and other administrative follow-up tasks.
* Supporting the organisation of client events, seminars, and other firm initiatives.
* Acting as a reliable liaison between lawyers, clients, and various internal departments.
* Has previous experience as a Management Assistant, Executive Assistant, Legal Secretary, or in a similar administrative support role, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
* Is fluent in French, Dutch, and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in all three languages.
* Demonstrates outstanding organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
* Exercises a high level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
* Is proactive, resourceful, and capable of working autonomously while remaining a strong team player.
* Has excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine client-service mindset.
* Is highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
* Pays close attention to detail and consistently delivers work of the highest standard.
