As a Customer & Administration Officer your responsibilities are:
* Handle incoming calls from customers requesting assistance
* Open, register and follow up support cases in the internal system
* Coordinate service partners to deliver fast, effective solutions
* Analyse situations and decide the right next steps under time pressure
* Guide customers clearly throughout their case with solution‑oriented communication
* Ensure accurate administration and correct closure of all files
A successful Customer & Administration Officer should have:
* Strong communication skills and customer‑first attitude
* Able to stay calm and think clearly in urgent or unexpected situations
* Comfortable with high call volumes and fast decision‑making
* Good command of Dutch and French; English is a plus
* Computer‑savvy and quick to learn new tools and processes
