**This will be a fixed-term contract of 12 months to start, with extensions. You would be salaried, given benefits, etc. it is not a B2B or freelance contract.
Must Haves:
* Deep expertise in IAM frameworks, protocols, and standards (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM).
* Strong knowledge of directory services (Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP) and federation technologies.
* Significant hands-on experience with SailPoint (IdentityNow or IdentityIQ) — solution design and implementation.
* Proven ability to lead conversations with business users and explain technical solutions functionally and persuasively.
* Experience with other IAM platforms (e.g., Entra ID, Saviynt).
* Understanding of PKI, cryptography, and certificate management.
* Familiarity with cloud identity solutions and modern security architectures.
* Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).
* Experience with privileged access management (PAM) solutions.
* Proficiency in identity governance and administration (IGA).
* 8–10+ years of experience in IAM, including 5+ years in architecture roles.
* Successful track record of enterprise-level IAM implementations.
* Experience leading global technical teams and managing diverse stakeholder relationships.
* Strong foundation in information security and risk management.

Day to Day:
Act as a key member of the IGA transformation team, addressing both future-state and current/legacy IAM infrastructure.
* Analyze the existing IAM environment, identify gaps, and propose robust improvements.
* Develop and maintain IAM policies, standards, and documentation aligned with regulatory frameworks.
* Guide the evaluation and selection of IAM products and vendors, especially with a focus on SailPoint.
* Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and advocate for viable solutions.
* Deliver presentations, lead stakeholder discussions, and explain complex IAM solutions in accessible, business-friendly terms.
