Key Responsibilities
* Drive revenue by strengthening the presence of LOXAM Access among local businesses (construction, industry, government institutions, etc.).
* Lead and motivate the team daily, organise tasks, support staff and preserve the human approach that characterises LOXAM.
* Ensure strict administrative follow‑up and clear reporting to management.
* Manage 50% of your time creating a trust climate, organizing the work of the location, coaching the team and fostering participatory, exemplary management.
* Use 50% of your time for commercial development: analyse the market, set objectives, prospect, bind customers and build sustainable relationships with our clients.
Team & Location
* Waregem is the largest lift location in Flanders, with a modern storage area and a fully equipped workshop.
* Responsible for a team of 10 employees (technicians, sales, support).
* Take over from a manager leaving for a new challenge; receive support during the transition and help shape the ambitious plans for the lift sector in West Flanders.

* Proven experience as location/branch manager or similar full‑control role.
* Experience with team management and results orientation.
* Passion for customer service and entrepreneurship.
* Technical knowledge in the construction / machine sector or strong interest in the field.
* Strong skills in CRM / ERP and Office 365 tools.
* Excellent command of Dutch, good knowledge of French.
