🎯 Your Responsibilities:
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:
* Establish and maintain coding standards, SOLID principles and best practices across the team.
* Integration with AWS and Services: Ability to integrate with AWS services (S3, SQS, Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
* Design optional solutions to implement the Functional Requirements, thinking always in the risks that could happen in the production environment.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features based on the defined requirements on the User Stories.
* Develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications using PHP8, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies.
* Implement and integrate APIs in REST using tools like Postman for testing and validation.
* Implement Unit Testing (PHP Unit) practices in the team.
* API testing with postman + newman.
* Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes to help to build pipelines.
* Utilize Jira for project management and issue tracking, adhering to best practices and ensuring efficient workflow.
* Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers.
* Employ solid SQL skills to interact with databases, ensuring efficient data retrieval and manipulation.
* Demonstrate expertise in refactoring techniques to improve code quality and maintainability.
* Continuously optimize application performance to deliver a seamless user experience.
* ·Have experience with Agile methodology and contribute to establishing Agile processes and best practices within the team.
🕵️♂️ What We're Looking For:
Experience:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on PHP and related technologies.
* Experience in developing software using Laravel and PHP 8, with a deep understanding of design patterns, CQRS, and DDD.
* Proven track record in API integration (REST, SOAP) and working with cloud technologies (AWS).
* Familiar with Agile methodologies and capable of contributing to Agile processes within a team.
Technical Skills:
* Profound understanding of MVC architectures.
* Experience in integrating REST and SOAP APIs.
* Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.
* Advanced knowledge of relational databases (MySQL).
Languages:
* English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Communication:
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Interpersonal Skills:
* Leadership and mentoring abilities, with a focus on training and developing teams.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication within cross-functional teams.
