Business Controller – Industrial Solutions | Walloon Brabant
Our client, an established international company in the industrial and sustainable technologies sector is looking for a Business Controller to support its operational and strategic finance activities from its site in Walloon Brabant.
Your role:
Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll act as a financial business partner across multiple departments, ensuring data-driven decisions, resource allocation, and long-term planning.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Reviewing financial results and performance indicators
* Identifying variances and recommending corrective actions
* Supporting strategic initiatives and investment evaluations
* Preparing annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and multi-year financial plans
* Enhancing reporting processes and delivering actionable insights
* Collaborating cross-functionally with finance, operations, and shared services
* Supporting the deployment of financial tools and training business users
What we’re looking for:
* Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business
* Between 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or controlling
* Fluency in French and English (Dutch is a plus)
* Strong analytical mindset and business sense
* Proficient with Excel and experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
* Proactive, structured, and confident in communicating with stakeholders
