Mission Context
As part of the creation of a Center of Excellence dedicated to Data Quality and Business Processes, we are reinforcing our back-office transformation initiative and are looking for an ERP Navision expert to work hand-in-hand with the newly created Center of Excellence team.
The objective is to strengthen:
· consistent and efficient ERP usage,
· business process clarity,
· documentation quality,
· and sustainable user practices across entities.
Documentation and training materials already exist, but they are partial, heterogeneous, and need to be refined, completed, standardized, and aligned with actual business practices.
This is a hands-on operational mission, strongly business-oriented, not a technical development role.

* Scope: Mainly EMEA entities (with interaction with other regions when needed)
Your Role
ERP Navision Business Analyst & User Adoption & Process Specialist
You will act as a senior functional bridge between Finance / Back-Office users, the Center of Excellence team, and IT, ensuring that ERP usage is aligned with business processes and data quality standards across entities.
Business & Process Analysis (with Center of Excellence)
· Analyze current back-office processes and Navision usage with the Center of Excellence team
· Identify gaps, inefficiencies, data quality risks, and inconsistent practices
· Formalize target processes and ERP usage standards at group level
User Adoption, Training & Change Support
· Improve and enrich existing training and onboarding materials
· Deliver onboarding and refresher training sessions to back-office teams
· Support key users and local process owners during process evolution
· Act as functional referent for Finance and back-office users
Functional Support & Continuous Improvement
· Provide level 2 functional support on Navision-related issues
· Qualify improvement requests and structure them with Center of Excellence and IT teams
· Participate in testing and business validation of enhancements
· Support deployment of improved processes across multiple entities
Documentation & Knowledge Structuring
· Review, complete and standardize existing documentation
· Align documentation with real-life operational workflows
· Build a sustainable and reusable knowledge base
· Contribute to Center of Excellence standards, templates, and governance
Required Profile (Medior–Senior)
Experience
· Several years of experience working with ERP Solution in a functional, business analyst, or key-user role (Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a plus)
· Strong operational background in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, invoicing, and back-office processes
· Proven experience in process improvement and user enablement initiatives
· Ability to operate autonomously on complex business topics
· Experience in international and multi-entity environments
· Prior involvement in ERP rollout, optimization, or harmonization projects is highly desirable
Skills
· Strong analytical and structuring capabilities
· Excellent documentation and training material writing skills
· Ability to work cross-functionally (Finance, IT, Center of Excellence, Operations)
· Proactive, autonomous, and improvement-driven mindset
Languages
· Fluent English (mandatory)
· Additional European language is a plus
Education
· Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or equivalent experience
