We are seeking a highly skilled Product Quality Manager to join our team and focus on the BASE Product Quality scope. This means you will be the SPOC for all quality related product scope for our BASE brand. You will play a key role in supporting business decisions, collaborating with technical and non-technical teams and translating insights to concrete recommendations that business stakeholders can implement. The ideal candidate is passionate about data, adept at working with large and complex datasets, and able to translate raw information into actionable insights.
Your tasks as our Product Quality Manager
1. Be the key product quality expert for BASE in both business and technical aspects.
2. Continuously monitor BASE product quality performance: follow-up long‑term trends for DOCSIS, Wi‑Fi, UX and related KPIs.
3. Stay informed about the customer experience through various channels (field technicians, customer service, research, etc.).
4. Recognize the need for deep-dive analysis and identify improvement areas.
5. Build and enhance BASE‑specific insight modelling.
6. Follow-up the implementation of changes to optimize the product experience.
7. Define and execute customer‑problem improvement campaigns, and coordinate follow‑up.
8. Act as a bridge-builder and work cross-functionally with various Telenet teams such as engineering, data build, marketing, customer service, technicians and external partners.
9. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and deliver strategic and targeted recommendations.
10. Align with VOO/Wyre as netco partner: Define and reach technical KPI agreements. Review/audit existing and future technical KPIs with VOO/Wyre. Review and improve technical data intake from VOO/Wyre.

15. You have a master’s degree in economics, engineering, business administration or relevant qualifications through experience.
16. You have relevant product management experience
17. You are passionate about technology, telecom and data.
