This is a field-based sales management position focused on attaining Zimmer Biomet sales goals, growth targets to gain market share, and objectives. You will lead a team nationally and may deputise in the absence of the Sales Director. /p h3How You'll Create Impact /h3 ul liRegional key account planning, management segmentation. /li liSalesforce and management recruitment, training, development and succession planning. /li liSalesforce performance management. /li liDevelops relationships with customers to drive sales and acquire new accounts. /li liDevelops sales and marketing strategies and drives their execution to support sales growth and competitive advantage. /li liAssists the BU Director in the formulation of yearly and quarterly budgets. /li liEnsures that regional sales gross margins targets are achieved. /li liSupervises and implements the strategies decided upon and ensures that the highest professional standards of behaviour and performance are maintained by the sales force. /li liTravels in the field on a regular basis with each team member to assess performance and training needs. /li liEnsures that each sales team member has all of the necessary product knowledge and selling skills. /li liLiaises with the SAM TDS team to administer all contracts tenders within the region. /li liActs as stand manager and provides the necessary sales personnel at any exhibition being held within the region. /li liProvides a detailed monthly report to the BU Director, containing all necessary information regarding region and individual performance, market intelligence, etc. /li liResponsible for keeping Salesforce.com up to date for the region in cooperation with the SR CSS team members. /li liAdheres to divisional PRAM guidelines. /li liEstablishes and maintains close personal relationships with regional thought leaders. /li liCoach and mentor team members enabling them to fulfil their performance potential within the Company whilst supporting Company talent management requirements. /li /ul h3What Makes You Stand Out /h3 ul liIdentifies, establishes, maintains and leverages effective and productive client relationships securing and sustaining strategic business results. /li liConsistently achieves or exceeds sales targets whilst ensuring the integrity of the market and utilising Company processes. /li liUnderstanding Zimmer Biomet’s business model and applies business principles to create a competitive advantage. /li liSeeks and develops an up-to-date understanding of the business, its products and market in order to apply this effectively within our operating environment. /li liUnderstands and utilizes the dynamics of influence, organization and decision making to achieve sustainable results. /li liCommunicates and interacts effectively, successfully networking within and across teams and organization to persuade and influence others. /li liIs open to new ideas and experiences, actively seeking innovative approaches in working relationships and business solutions. /li /ul h3Your Background /h3 ul liDegree in sales management, business administration, or similar with 5–8 years business experience. /li liProven track record in the health care sector, with exceptional capabilities to drive sales. /li liStrong networking capabilities and sound business acumen to identify, plan, and execute sales opportunities. /li liStrong knowledge in Orthopaedics, and ideally also in Surgical, with specific knowledge of competitor’s products and strategies. /li liDemonstrates characteristics of high potential for future development opportunities. /li liFluency in English, French. /li liDutch proficiency is an asset. /li /ul h3Travel Expectations /h3 ul liRegular travel by car within the territory area. /li liCountry travel as may be required with overnight stays. /li liOccasional international travel as required. /li /ul pEOE/M/F/Vet/Disability /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
