🚀 We’re Hiring: Lead Solution Architect – Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM)
🌟 About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Lead Solution Architect to drive our CRM transformation journey. In this role, you will shape end-to-end solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, bridging business needs with scalable, future-ready architecture. You’ll act as a key advisor to stakeholders, ensuring alignment between strategy, technology, and execution while guiding teams toward high-quality delivery.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
* Analyze business needs and existing systems to deeply understand stakeholder challenges and represent client interests toward integrators (project & CoE mode)
* Design future-proof CRM solutions aligned with the organization’s digital strategy and product landscape
* Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration into the existing ecosystem
* Conduct fit-gap analyses covering processes, architecture, integrations, migration, and non-functional requirements
* Drive product modeling aligned with a Product/Capability framework for consistency and reusability
* Partner with enterprise and technical architects to select scalable and sustainable technologies
* Document architectures and communicate clearly with all stakeholders
* Lead workshops and consultations to ensure strong understanding and implementation
* Foster continuous improvement through innovation and emerging technologies
* Mentor and upskill internal teams
👤 Qualifications
* 10+ years of hands-on experience, including significant time in a Solution Architect role
* Proven track record in large-scale CRM implementations (1000+ man-days)
* Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and in teams
* Coaching and mentoring capabilities
* Fluent in English (French and/or Dutch is a plus)
* Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service)
* Microsoft Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert certification
* TOGAF certification or equivalent experience
