Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to strengthen our presence in the industrial laundry sector across Western Europe. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical-commercial background and be able to develop and grow a client base through complex, tailor-made solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain relationships with key clients across care homes, hospitals, hotels, prisons, community centers, and industrial laundries.
* Sell technical solutions that meet client needs and preferences.
* Manage long-term sales cycles and build strong relationships with clients.
* Identify market opportunities and create strategic entry plans.
* Represent the company at trade fairs, networking events, and customer visits.
Requirements:
* Proven commercial background in industrial laundry or a related technical sector, with at least 10 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
* Strong technical-commercial mindset with the ability to understand and translate complex customer needs into tailored solutions.
* Highly autonomous, goal-oriented, and driven by results, with a structured and persistent approach to long sales cycles.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluent in English - additional European languages are a strong asset.
