The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of logistics operations (line haul movements, both air and ground), and excellent communication abilities to facilitate effective collaboration between technical teams and stakeholders. The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements, as well as translating business needs into actionable IT solutions. Your profile Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst. In-depth knowledge of aviation industry standards, regulations, and best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable deliverables. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with structured analysis techniques (e.g. SA/SD, Information Engineering or equivalent), requirements gathering, documentation, and validation processes. Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modeling, logical data modeling, business rule specification, business service specification and use case analysis.
