Site Project Manager
The Site Project Manager oversees construction projects and supervises the construction team. This involves ensuring that all work is completed on time, within established parameters, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.
Main Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily on-site operations and coordinate the activities of construction teams and subcontractors.
* Evaluate and ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project specifications.
* Monitor progress and provide regular reports on project status to management and stakeholders.
* Manage the procurement of materials and maintain proper inventory levels.
* Respond promptly and effectively to on-site issues and emergencies.
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
* Proven experience in construction site management.
* Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Able to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
* Familiarity with health and safety best practices.
* Proficiency in project management software.
