Position Overview
Join Deloitte as a SAP Service Delivery Manager within the SAP practice of Deloitte Consulting. This role involves managing SAP application services, building client relationships, and driving continuous improvement and innovation in SAP environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Act as the primary contact for clients experiencing technical issues, ensuring high satisfaction through prompt resolution.
2. Develop and implement maintenance, enhancement, and innovation plans for SAP functional areas such as Finance, Procurement, and Sales.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to design solutions for business and technical challenges, including incident management and service requests.
4. Contribute to application improvements through testing, documentation, knowledge transfer, and training.
Candidate Profile
* Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP Finance, Procurement, or Sales, with strong process knowledge.
* Fluent in English plus French or Dutch.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
* Master's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Computer Sciences, or Economics.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and in teams, with a proactive attitude.
Preferred Skills and Experience
* Flexibility for occasional travel and outside business hours.
* Experience in SAP application management and knowledge of ABAP, Fiori, integrations, ITIL, and cloud technologies.
* Certifications in SAP modules are highly valued.
