Organize, direct and coordinate the work of the team under your charge. /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliMake department schedules and shifts. /liliRecruitment and selection of personnel in charge. /liliCheck the lists of reservations of the day, modifications, and cancellations. /liliAllocation of rooms and groups. /liliManagement of credit billing, electronic billing and claiming payments. /liliPreparation of settlements and deposits to the Bank. /liliManagement of claims, complaints, and forgetfulness. /liliReservation management, overbooking management, and diversions. /liliCash register and billing management. /liliVIPs management. /liliCheck the room rack with the HK Manager during the day. /liliMaintain the internal incident book. /liliPreparation of events service sheet. /liliQuote for reservations, groups, and tour operations. /liliClaim for invoices pending collection (credits). /liliRevenue Management Activities: Closing and opening of sales, requesting online price changes. /liliCommunity Manager Actions: Response to comments and criticism on online platforms. /liliMinum 5 years experience as a Recepcionist in hotels 4*. /liliFluent in English, Spanish and French (additional languages are a plus). /liliImpeccable presentation and communication skills. /liliExperience with hotel PMS systems SAP will be a plus. /liliFriendly, proactive, and committed to guest satisfaction. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
