As a Junior Technical Dispatcher, you’ll play a vital role in supporting communication, logging technical requests, and assisting in monitoring systems that keep Commission buildings running smoothly.No prior experience is required—you'll receive full training on-site. If you're curious, organized, and good with people, this is a great way to start your professional journey.Key Responsibilities:Answer phone calls and emails related to technical problems in Commission buildings.Record complaints and intervention requests into ServiceNow, the Commission’s internal ticketing system (training provided).Communicate clearly with maintenance providers and building managers.Assist in basic administrative tasks and write short daily summaries/logs.Pass along important updates to colleagues during shift handovers.What We’re Looking For:You are a student.Comfortable using a computer; Microsoft Office knowledge is helpful.Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written; technical vocabulary will be used).Friendly, professional, and calm under pressure.Willing to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a team.Interest in learning ServiceNow or previous exposure to similar platforms is a plus.What We Offer:A flexible student job with structured weekday hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PMFull training provided at the start of the contract (including tools like ServiceNow and communication techniques).A valuable first professional experience in a European institution.Supportive team environment with potential for longer-term roles.Important Notes:You must be eligible to work in Belgium as a student.EU citizenship is required for the role
