Join our team as a Reliability Engineer and lead the proactive enhancement of our asset reliability. You'll play a pivotal role in developing, implementing and overseeing maintenance strategies throughout our FLEET. You use your analytical mindset to identify priorities and areas for improvement to boost asset availability and performance, while adhering to the fundamental principle of total cost of ownership. We have several exciting opportunities available, including: Cable Lay Superintendent : You will work on board of one of our offshore vessels and be responsible for the loading, transporting and installation of subsea cables. Category Buyer : You will work on a tactical level in procurement of services and goods within the assigned commodities in Facility, Communication and other indirect scopes. Project Manager Fleet Interventions : You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of the scope of work for a vessel intervention period. Technical Works Manager : You will optimize fleet intervention projects, ensuring that schedules align with production priorities and are executed seamlessly. Group Controller – Consolidation & Reporting : You will contribute to both statutory consolidation and management reporting, helping shape how financial insights are visualized and communicated to our leadership and stakeholders. Vessel Manager : You will be responsible for the overall management and operational performance of one or more Dredging or Offshore vessels within DEME’s fleet. Party Chief : You will be responsible for all survey activities on board, leading a team of surveyors. IoT Engineer : You will support and grow our data logging infrastructure, troubleshoot network issues, and help implement cybersecurity best practices across our industrial systems.
