Keysight Technologies is looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Intern to join our multilingual Business Center in Barcelona.
This 6-month internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer service, order management, and sales operations within a global technology company.
As a Customer Service Intern, you will work closely with sales teams, logistics, manufacturing, and finance, supporting customers and partners across Europe while learning how international business operations work.

🧩 What You’ll Do
As a Customer Service Intern, you will support the daily activities of the Business Center team and learn how customer service connects with sales, logistics, and operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing customer requests and order status
* Creating quotes for Keysight partners and distributors using Salesforce CRM
* Processing orders in Oracle DBMS
* Tracking deliveries and updating customers
* Supporting invoicing and order-related questions
* Collaborating with Sales, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Credit & Collection teams
* Providing administrative support (reporting, documentation, follow-ups)
* Contributing ideas to improve customer experience and internal processes
You will gain exposure to the full order-to-cash business process, a key element of global business operations.
📅 Internship Details
* Location: Barcelona, Spain
* Start date: ideally beginning of September
* Duration: 6 months (September – February)
We strongly prefer candidates from universities in Barcelona, as this often supports long-term development opportunities.
However, we remain open to international students, and as in previous rounds we may hire interns from different countries.
🎓 What We’re Looking For
Required
* Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, International Business, Communications, or similar fields
* German (mandatory)
* English (mandatory)
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to work in a multicultural team

* Additional European languages
* Interest in customer operations, CRM, or sales processes
