Product Specialist - Breast & Skeletal Health, 2 year FTC
Location: Home based in Belgium or UK, covering EMEAC region.

We are seeking a driven and curious Product Specialist Breast Biopsy EMEAC who wants to combine marketing excellence with meaningful impact. In this role, you’ll help drive the success of our Breast Biopsy portfolio across the EMEAC region, supporting both on‑market growth and upcoming launches. You’ll join a high‑performing, mission‑driven team where your ideas are heard, your skills are developed, and your work directly supports better outcomes for patients.
What to Expect:
1. Support the day‑to‑day management of the Breast Biopsy portfolio to maximize on‑market performance
2. Contribute to the execution of regional marketing programs and campaigns that drive awareness, adoption and preference
3. Create and adapt impactful marketing and sales tools (presentations, brochures, digital and training assets)
4. Provide market insights, competitive intelligence and field feedback to shape regional strategies and tactics
5. Act as a key contact for country teams, ensuring they have the data, reporting and product support they need
6. Support the preparation and rollout of new product introductions across EMEAC, working closely with cross‑functional partners
What We Expect:
7. Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, marketing, business, or a related field
8. A good level of European marketing experience, or a mix of sales and marketing; healthcare / medtech preferred
9. Proficiency with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
10. Strategic and analytical thinker, able to translate insights into clear actions
11. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
12. Ability to work effectively with sales, market access and regional marketing teams
13. Creative, hands‑on marketer who enjoys building and executing campaigns
14. Strong project management skills, delivering on time and within budget
15. Collaborative relationship‑builder with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset
