Data Analyst
Location: Braine-l'Alleud (hybrid working model- 2 days on site Tuesday & Thursday)
Engagement: Freelance engagement starting ASAP until November 2026
Overview
We are partnered with a leading pharmaceutical client on a high-priority data quality programme within the supply chain domain. You will join a small, high-impact team focused on implementing and scaling data quality rules across critical datasets. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role within a fast-paced programme, where you will translate business requirements into technical solutions and support continuous data quality improvements.
Requirements
* 3–5 years’ experience in data management, data analysis, or a similar role (flexibility for strong junior profiles)
* Proven experience within the pharmaceutical industry (essential)
* Strong understanding of data quality and data management principles
* Ability to translate business requirements into technical rules
* Fluency in French and English (mandatory)
Hard Skills
* Strong SQL skills (key requirement)
* Experience developing and testing data quality rules
* Data analysis and dataset profiling
* Reporting and visualisation experience (Power BI / Fabric preferred)
* Familiarity with data quality tools (e.g. Collibra – desirable)
* Python (nice to have)
* Understanding of supply chain data / pharma lifecycle (preferred)
Soft Skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Comfortable working on repetitive, operational tasks
* Strong communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders
* Delivery-focused with a proactive mindset
* Ability to thrive in a small, fast-paced team environment
Qualifications
* Degree in Computer Science, Data, Engineering, or similar (preferred)
* Experience in GxP / regulated environments is advantageous
