Our office in Zaventem has 40 employees and, thanks to our continued growth, we want to expand our team with a Channel Account Manager.
Over de functie
As a Channel Account Manager you are responsible for managing our product portfolio within our external sales channel. You manage a portfolio of agencies and dealers and work closely with them to achieve profitable revenue growth.
Verantwoordelijkheden en taken
* Recruit, retain and support new channel partners to grow sales of products, solutions and services and generate profitable revenue.
* Develop, implement and coordinate strategic initiatives with channel partners to meet the assigned quarterly objectives and annual sales quota.
* Manage the sales pipeline and monthly forecasts for the assigned area and product & solution lines; report directly to the Head of Sales Belux.
* Create and offer sales‑enablement training and incentive programmes for partners to close new sales and compete with the Kyocera product portfolio.
* Plan time and activities; record in CRM and perform required administrative tasks for effective management of your channel network.
* Represent Kyocera at events, seminars and trade fairs to create and exploit new business opportunities.
* Build or develop commercial strategic alliances and industry partnerships with third parties.
* Collaborate with product marketing to research, analyse and develop segmentation, targeting and product positioning.
Kennis en vaardigheden
* Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a similar role: business development, sales or account management.
* Strong track record in identifying and implementing business opportunities.
* Excellent influencing skills and ability to motivate and engage external partners.
* Outstanding knowledge of customer needs in the office and production print markets.
* Dynamic and motivated professional with strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast‑changing environment, flexible and open to changing priorities.
* Self‑dependent, decisive and able to work independently.
* Language skills: Dutch, French and English.
