The Account Manager will be in charge of a portfolio of 60% dutch and 40% french clients. He will:
* Manage and grow relationships with existing key accounts
* Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors
* Drive sales targets, volume growth, and market share by executing commercial plans
* Lead negotiation of trade terms, pricing, promotions, and listing opportunities
* Collaborate closely with marketing, logistics, and product development teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless operations
* Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to develop data-driven strategies
* Represent the brand at trade fairs, client meetings, and industry events
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably within FMCG
* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric mindset
* Analytical and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
* Fluent in Dutch, English and French (written and spoken) - mandatory
