The Opportunity
We are supporting a well-established engineering company with a strong pipeline of projects across Belgium. Due to increased workload, they are looking to engage an experienced Freelance HVAC Project Manager to support ongoing and upcoming projects.
This is a long-term freelance opportunity within a stable and growing environment.
Your Role
You will be responsible for managing HVAC projects across a range of building environments, including:
* Public infrastructure
* Residential developments
* Commercial buildings
Key responsibilities:
* End-to-end project management of HVAC installations
* Coordination of technical teams and subcontractors
* Ensuring delivery on time, budget, and quality
* Acting as the main technical point of contact
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as an HVAC Project Manager / Project Leader
* Strong technical background in:
* Heating
* Ventilation
* Air conditioning
* Cooling systems
* Experience within building services / construction environments
* Able to work independently and take ownership of projects
* Fluent Dutch / Flemish speaker
* Based in Belgium (Flanders region preferred)
