Sales Team Support Specialist
* This is an opportunity to join our Sales team as a Bid Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Identify published tenders related to our capabilities and assess their feasibility.
2. Craft compelling commercial and technical proposals that align with client expectations.
3. Deliver high-quality outputs at every stage of the bid process.
4. Provide feedback after each submission and analyze performance to identify areas for improvement.
5. Support Key Account Managers throughout the selling process.
About Our Ideal Candidate
* A Master's degree (Business School, Engineering, or University) or equivalent experience.
* Ideally, 3 years of relevant experience in bid management or related activities (e.g., purchasing, pricing, legal, or sales).
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
* Attention to details and assertiveness.
* Ideally, knowledge of IT and document management environments.
* Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to communicate and present ideas effectively.
* Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
