Lead Data & AI Location: Hybrid Industry: Telecommunications Seniority: Senior / Lead level Role Overview We are looking for a Lead Data & AI professional to drive the company’s data and artificial intelligence strategy and translate business needs into scalable, high-impact solutions. In this role, you will lead data and AI initiatives across the organization, working closely with business, IT, and analytics teams to deliver measurable value. You will act as a technical and strategic leader, shaping the data platform, guiding AI use cases, and ensuring best practices in data governance, architecture, and responsible AI. Key Responsibilities Define and lead the Data & AI strategy, aligned with business and technology objectives Identify, design, and prioritize AI and advanced analytics use cases with clear business value Lead the design and evolution of data platforms and architectures (cloud, big data, analytics)Oversee the end-to-end delivery of data and AI solutions, from concept to production Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data-driven solutions Provide technical leadership and coaching to data scientists, data engineers, and analysts Ensure compliance with data governance, security, privacy, and ethical AI standards Monitor emerging trends in data, AI, and telecom to continuously improve capabilities Required Experience & Skills Strong experience in data, analytics, and AI roles, with proven leadership responsibilities Solid understanding of data architectures, cloud platforms, and modern analytics stacks Hands-on knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their real-world business application Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in large or enterprise environments Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to non-technical stakeholders Strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic, delivery-focused approach Nice to Have Experience in the telecom sector or similarly complex, data-rich industries Exposure to large-scale transformation programs
