Role: HR Consultant Recruitment junior

From our Recruitment and Selection Back Office, you will be responsible for posting job openings, searching for suitable candidates, and pre-screening them. Candidates who pass the pre-screening process will be scheduled with the recruiter and manager, and you will provide administrative follow-up throughout the selection process.

Recruitment:
(Pro-)actively searching for suitable candidates for client, both at employee and management levels, to ensure a continuous influx of candidates and an updated recruitment pool with sufficient suitable candidates for client.
Ensuring a high quality and quantity of new CVs and updates.
Contacting educational institutions, professional associations, external suppliers for mailings, candidate lists, etc.
Preparing mailings and maintaining an overview of recruitment suppliers.
Assisting in organizing and participating in job fairs and recruitment events.
Creating advertisements based on the job description or draft text and ensuring publication via the intranet and internet.
(Pro)actively searching and screening candidates in the client database.
Preselection:
Selecting and evaluating candidates based on resumes and telephone interviews ,and providing necessary feedback.
Creating a candidate list for the recruiter.
Following up on candidates throughout the process:
Scheduling interviews with the recruiter, the hierarchy, and the candidates.
Scheduling appointments with external agencies for screening and/or assessment of candidates.
Scheduling medical examinations.
Drafting employment contracts.
Handling the necessary emails.
Miscellaneous tasks:
Ensuring that all necessary data is entered into SAP and other IT applications.
Updating files, including the selection file and the recruitment reserve.
