The purpose of this role is to support Quality for Supplier and Incoming materials teams in all administrative tasks. This includes managing supplier change notifications, preparing pre-assessment and closure documents, and participating in SCN meetings.
Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting QSIM teams with KPI generation and monthly updates, as well as updating Quality Agreements and generating relevant KPIs. You will also collaborate with the implementation of digital systems within the QSIM department and manage files linked to materials qualifications and supplier profiles.
The ideal candidate will have expertise or polyvalences for several activities of the service, including precision and accuracy. They will also have a strong command of both English and French, spoken as well as written, and advanced IT skills to include Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
