Internship description:

Are you ready to shape the future of consumer engagement in Europe? Europe’s Digital Consumer team (TaDa) is revolutionizing how we connect and influence our consumertransactions atscale and help grow our brands. In 2026, we will go even bigger than 2025 with more than 90+ campaigns across 13+ markets. Thisyourchance to be part of a game-changing journey!

We’relooking for aproactive and ambitious studentto join us and gain hands-on experience in one of the most dynamic and exciting industries.In this internship, you will be instrumental in helping bring campaigns to life, coordinate stakeholders, support CRM rollouts, track performance, and ensure excellence in activation across markets. You will work closely with Digital Consumer Marketing, Brand, Trade Marketing, Media, CRM, and Sales teams to ensure smooth and impactful campaign delivery. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in DTC marketing, CRM, digital campaigns, and full-funnel activation in a fast-paced European environment.

What will you do duringtheinternship?

1. Support the rollout of 2026TaDaconsumer campaigns across markets.

2. Coordinate with Brand, Trade Marketing, Media, and external agencies to ensuretimelydelivery of assets and materials.

3. Assistin campaign setup, launch preparation, and execution follow-up.

4. Support implementation of trade mechanics and activation plans.

5. Help manage timelines and tracking & monitoring performance.

6. Conduct post-campaign analysis,reportingand presentations for internal stakeholders.

Internship duration:

6 Months, starting in March 2026

Compensation:

Unpaid (with potential for full-time employment post-internship)

Learning opportunities:

70% of your learning will come from on-the-job learning. As an intern,you'llget the chance to experience the real-life business whilst developing your skills - learning through experiencing different areas and building your own reputation.

20% of your learning will come from mentorship programs, coaching, collaboration with keystakeholders& plentyof opportunities for feedback.

10% of your learning will come from formal training, including workshops& onlinetraining courses. We will provide you with continuous opportunities to elevate your skills with access to free training sessionsfacilitatedby AB InBev and LinkedIn Learning.
