Nexeo is looking for a Senior Business Analyst – Cash Management
Mission Context:
Support the Payments Tribe in transforming business challenges into scalable, user-centric payment solutions. Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving payment flows, increasing transparency, and reducing exceptions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead business analysis for payment initiatives, including automation of exception handling (SWIFT Case Manager, ISO20022, Smart Routing, AI tools)
* Analyse service requests and recurring issues to identify pain points and propose process improvements
* Collaborate with stakeholders across countries to document requirements and ensure alignment across squads
* Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and track KPIs for payment performance
* Support end-to-end feature delivery, including planning, coordination, and reporting
Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience in payments, investigations, or related operations
* Strong background in business analysis, process workflows, and requirements management
* Proficient in MS Office, with understanding of IT systems and testing
* Knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus
* Languages: French & English (strong), Dutch (nice to have)
