Education required: You are regularly enrolled in a work-linked (alternance) Master in Business Analyst or Management & Digital Transformation in an Educational Establishment located in Belgium.
Language requirement: English and French
Other requirements: This individual should be able to operate with a good level of autonomy yet has good judgment in terms of knowing when and from whom to seek input. The position requires a performance driven team builder with a strong sense of urgency, good communication, influencing, leadership skills and significant understanding of the business.
Expected start date: October / November 2025
Work arrangements: Hybrid with a minimum of 3 days on site after onboarding period (3 months)
Requisite: You are currently following a work-linked (alternance) training course at a Belgian educational establishment. The apprenticeship must be mandatory & done in the framework of the curriculum, for which an agreement must be signed between GSK, the student and the Educational Establishment.

What will you do?
1. Lead, develop, and align the data strategy with stakeholders to maximize the use of data generated by the MES system for end-users.
2. Identify high-value KPIs that support end-users in driving key strategic objectives for Vx Manufacturing.
3. Implement selected KPIs across the entire manufacturing network to ensure consistency and impact.
4. Communicate effectively about innovations and data capabilities enabled by the team across the network.
5. Coach and mentor key users to foster a strong data designer community and promote data-driven culture.
