JOB SCOPE:
This is a high-visibility role that demands a dynamic blend of strategic insights and hands-on execution. You will act as the bridge between regional strategy and local implementation, working closely with cross-functional teams in marketing, digital, medical, and sales.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Market Engagement & External Focus:
* Landscape Expertise: Deep dive into the Belgian market to analyze competition and identify the evolving needs of patients, providers, and payers.
* KOL Collaboration: Partner with the Medical department to build and execute engagement plans for KOLs and healthcare influencers.
* Insight Integration: Translate international strategies into actionable local initiatives based on direct customer feedback and market intelligence.
* Advocacy Relations: Build meaningful connections with Patient Advocacy Groups to support educational and health-awareness goals.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
* Internal Synergy: Foster strong relationships with Digital, Medical and Sales teams to ensure a unified approach to brand execution.
* Sales Enablement: Empower the field force by refining communication tools and leveraging brand ambassadors to enhance physician dialogue.
* Compliance & Global Alignment: Ensure all activities meet high ethical and legal standards while collaborating with international stakeholders.
Strategic & Tactical Planning:
* Business Planning: Design and lead comprehensive, multi-channel business plans to support both new product launches and the growth of the existing portfolio.
* Omnichannel Optimization: Define the ideal channel mix—including digital platforms and patient activation—to maximize brand impact.
* Data-Driven Adaptation: Use advanced analytics to monitor market dynamics, assess tactical ROI, and pivot strategies when necessary.
* Budget Management: Oversee brand-related financial resources, ensuring strategic allocation and cost-effectiveness.
Delivering Superior Customer Experience:
* Value-Centric Execution: Focus every tactic on adding measurable value to the healthcare ecosystem (HCPs, caregivers, and patients).
* Performance Tracking: Utilize customer satisfaction metrics to evaluate execution quality and refine the customer journey.
* Value-Based Strategy: Embed Value-Based Selling principles into all sales materials and field training to ensure long-term commercial sustainability.
* Best Practice Sharing: Network with international peers to adopt and scale successful tactics from other regions.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
* Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences.
* Minimum 5 years experience in pharmaceutical marketing is essential.
* A proven track record of managing complex projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced competitive environment.
* Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a high level of collaborative spirit.
* Fluency in English, French, and Dutch is mandatory (and live in Belgium).
* Strong command of MS Office and a modern understanding of digital/e-channel marketing.
