* Support Change Management execution (ECR/ECN/ECT) by investigating errors, release blockers and workflow issues; coordinate escalations where required.
* Create, document, track and follow up incidents/requests; ensure timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholders.
* Perform regression/validation tests for tool updates (Windchill/NX/WGM/workers) and contribute to stable rollouts.
* Provide structured user support (incl. hotline-type queries) and develop/maintain training materials and best-practice guides.
* Drive cross-site standardization of PLM/data management practices; identify gaps and propose improvements to processes and configurations.
Requirements:
* Engineering degree (or equivalent experience) with strong affinity to engineering data and processes.
* Practical experience with Windchill (PLM/PDM) and product data lifecycle management.
* Working understanding of NX–Windchill integration and publishing concepts (representations/Neutral Data).
* Experience supporting structured workflows (e.g., change/release processes) and resolving operational issues.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to document investigations and solutions clearly.
* Fluent English (written/spoken) for global coordination.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in cross-site / global environments supporting multiple engineering locations.
* Experience with ticketing tools and operational support models (incident/request handling).
* Experience producing training materials and delivering hands-on coaching to users.
Skills:
* PLM/PDM & data quality mindset; attention to detail and process compliance.
* Problem solving and root-cause analysis; able to work with logs/evidence to support escalations.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management (engineering, process owners, IT).
* Organization and prioritization in a multi-issue, service-oriented role.
* Collaboration and team-working across functions and locations.
Benefits:
* Permanent employment within the team.
* Opportunity for professional growth and development.
* Partial remote work options.
