Every year, there are more than 500 projects at Colruyt Group. As IT Project Manager, you have the final responsibility for a project in one of our retail activities or for one of the supporting services. You work together with multifunctional teams to realise your project successfully.
What do you do as an IT Project Manager?
* You develop a comprehensive project plan that outlines the project's scope, goals, tasks, resources, timeframe, and budget. The lead time of a project can range from 6 months to more than 3 years and for key projects, the budget can range from 1 to more than 8 million euros.
* You will be responsible for managing resources to ensure successful delivery of the project.
* You will identify and manage potential risks and issues that could negatively affect the success of the project.
* You manage all stakeholders, understand their expectations, and communicate project status to all stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
* You lead the project team, assign tasks, manage team performance, resolve conflicts, and ensure that team members are motivated and working towards the project objectives.
* You develop and implement quality management plans that ensure project deliverables meet required standards.

You will work in Halle, Haasrode, Mechelen, Bornem or Zwijnaarde and you can work from home 3 days a week.
Profile:
* Knowledge and experience – You have at least 5 years' experience in IT Project Management and knowledge of PMBoK, Agile or Prince2.
* Entrepreneurship and enthusiasm – You are driven and dynamic. You know how to mobilise people, bringing projects to a successful conclusion. You can empathise with the world of the end user and your team.
* Analytical insight – You can think strategically, are solution-oriented, and pay attention to simplicity and efficiency in processes.
* Stakeholder management and change management – You can easily talk to stakeholders to understand their needs, requirements, and expectations. Moreover, you know better than anyone how to manage change during a project.
* Language skills – You communicate fluently in English. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus
