My client is a fast-growing, agile start-up of 20 people based in Brussels, looking for a hands-on HR & Admin profile to bring structure, reliability, and follow-through into their day-to-day operations.
The goal is simple: ensure everything runs smoothly and deadlines are consistently met.
You role:
You act as a central operational backbone, ensuring that administrative and HR processes are properly managed and executed.
On the day to day, you will be responsible for the following :
* Client invoicing and contract monitoring
* Handling incoming invoices and subcontractor contracts
* Fleet, office assets, and insurance management
* Inbox, mail, and administrative follow-up
* Subsidies and HR administration (contracts, policies)
* Payroll support and accounting assistance
Your profile
* Highly organized and structured
* Proactive mindset, able to anticipate needs
* Comfortable with HR, administrative, and accounting tools
* Fluent in French and English or Dutch
* Able to work autonomously
* Interested in AI tools such as ChatGPT
