Key Responsibilities
* Develop, maintain, and optimize applications in Delphi .
* Refactor and migrate existing applications into C# or Java .
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system requirements and performance needs are met.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues in legacy and new applications.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and other developers.
Required Skills & Experience
* Strong experience in Delphi development.
* Solid knowledge of C# and application migration.
