Job Summary
Sopra Steria Next is a team of over 260 consultants in Belgium focusing on Digital Transformation. As a Consultant you will primarily work on client engagements, whether embedded within client organisations or contributing to fixed‑price projects in multidisciplinary teams. You’ll support the full project lifecycle, from business or functional analysis through to architecture, project management, and Agile/Scrum facilitation.
Responsibilities
* Engage with clients to understand needs and shape solutions.
* Support business or functional analysis, architecture design, and project management.
* Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and drive project execution.
* Contribute to business development, and share knowledge within the team.
Qualifications
* Recent Master’s graduate in business, IT, economics, or management.
* First experience in Business/IT Consulting or a related domain; strong motivation and curiosity.
* Passionate about digitalisation, technology, and connecting business needs with IT solutions.
* Familiar with Project Management, Agile/Scrum, Architecture, ESG, or Product Management.
* Strong client‑relationship skills, business‑development mindset, and a consultative stance.
* Fluent in Dutch or French, good working knowledge of the other language, and fluent in English.
