Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Operations Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple production sites, ensuring that all activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
You will work closely with site managers to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase productivity and reduce costs.
In addition, you will contribute to people development by supporting recruitment and training initiatives.
You will also lead or co-lead modernization and process improvement projects to drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience, as well as minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in industrial operations or production.
A strong field orientation and team engagement mindset are essential for this role, along with first-hand experience in leading people or operational teams.
Fluent Dutch language skills and ability to work in French are required.
You must be willing to travel frequently across the Flemish region.

Operations Optimization
1. Assist in supervising production across five sites and gradually take the lead with the support of Site Managers.
2. Build operational synergies with Sales to align productivity and business goals.
3. Contribute to people development by supporting recruitment and training in collaboration with HR.
4. Lead or co-lead modernization and process improvement projects.
5. Support and progressively manage the operational budget aiming for performance and cost control.
6. Collaborate with Maintenance Coordinator and mobile technical team.
7. Oversee and progressively take charge of preventive and corrective maintenance roadmap.
8. Monitor the maintenance budget and support investment planning across the sites.
9. Promote a
