As Key Account Manager Benelux, your main responsibilities will be to:

Strengthen and expand long-term relationships with existing clients and partners.

Increase product visibility and ensure specification in construction projects across the region.

Identify new opportunities to grow the contractor network.
*
Develop and implement regional sales and marketing initiatives.
*
Work closely with technical teams based in neighboring countries to support client needs and ensure high-quality execution.
*
Participate in field visits, trials, and product launches in collaboration with local and international colleagues.
The successful candidate will have the following qualities:

Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in construction, building materials, or related sectors.
*
A strong ability to promote technical products and build trust with decision-makers.
*
Familiarity with the specification process involving architects and designers is a plus.
*
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
*
Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (minimum C1).
*
A proactive mindset, result-driven attitude, and comfort working autonomously.
*
Willingness to travel regularly within the Benelux.
