As a successful Sales & Marketing Manager - Agricultural Machinery - FR/DU, you will have the following responsibilities:
* Lead the commercial strategy: annual sales plan, margins, product mix
* Animate and guide the sales & marketing team (define priorities, coordinate & coach the team on the field) - you will be responsible of 3 areas sales manager, 3 product managers & 2 persons in the back office
* Manage pricing strategy and negotiate with key accounts & dealer networks
* Develop business via demo machines, rental, and used equipment
* Be responsible of the company brand by owning all marketing & communication activities & ensuring their consistency: marketing materials, digital channels, campaigns, ...
* Handle the implementation of a new CRM system
* Strengthen communication with the dealer network: newsletters, events, information sessions
* Oversee events & trade fairs: stand concept, logistics, demos, post‑event analysis
* Act as main link between manufacturer & internal teams; track KPIs, market trends, bonuses
As a successful Sales & Marketing Manager - Agricultural Machinery - FR/DU, you will have the following profile:
* +5 years experiences as B2B sales leader with strong commercial development skills & ability to negotiate with wholesalers
* Experiences with long selling cycle & technical products (agriculture, machinery, industry)
* Previous experience in people management or team coaching
* Background or strong affinity with the agriculture sector is a plus
* Solid experience in operational marketing
* Comfortable in managing projects (CRM, reporting, process optimization)
* Strategical mindset coupled with the willingness to remain operational & available for the teams
* Personal traits: entrepreneurial mindset, structured, responsible, clear communicator, low ego.
* Languages: Fluent in French, Dutch & English
