For our client in Hoogstraten, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative Travel Europe with immediate permanent employment.

As a Customer Service Representative, you are the main point of contact for the customers when it comes to orders, production process follow up, deliveries and introduction of new products. Together with the team of colleagues in the Belgian office and worldwide you ensure the highest level of satisfaction and are able to provide a solution to any problem, either commercial or logistical.
Main Responsibilties:
* End-to-end customer service: from order intake to delivery and aftersales follow-up
* Processing and monitoring sales orders (order entry, production follow-up, delivery tracking)
* Handling complaints and finding solutions in close cooperation with sales
* Daily coordination with internal departments and international stakeholders
* Forecasting, demand management and stock monitoring
* Supporting the sales team with commercial and operational tasks
* Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction at all times
Typical day:
* Morning: order entry and administrative processing
* Afternoon: customer follow-up and complaint handling
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
* Minimum of 2 years’ commercial experience in an international B-to B market environment
* Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
* Knowledge of logistics, INCO terms and customs procedures is preferred
* Positive mindset, desire to learn and improve yourself as well as existing processes, attention to detail and problem solving
* Proficient in English both oral and written; Dutch, German or Spanish are an advantage
