A challenging position as a Real Estate and Infrastructure Director is available.
You will have the opportunity to work on large-scale projects, developing infrastructure and managing real estate assets.

Your main responsibilities
* Develop and implement long-term strategies for real estate and infrastructure, aligning them with the organization's global growth strategy, sustainable development goals, and operational excellence objectives.
* Create and manage operating and investment budgets that support the strategic plan, maintaining financial discipline while achieving project objectives.
* Oversee the planning and implementation of large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards are met.
* Maintain and exploit the portfolio of infrastructure assets.
* Supervise a team of 50 professionals at intermediate management levels, ensuring effective coordination of infrastructure maintenance, project realization, and operational support for the entire portfolio of the organization.
* Structure the team to address growing activities and future significant investments, involving the development of new operational facilities and the improvement of existing assets.
* Manage the organization's real estate portfolio, including leasing, acquisitions, and property development, to maximize financial returns and operational efficiency.
* Maintain complete compliance with applicable regulations at local (municipal), national (governmental), and international levels, ensuring that all infrastructure and real estate activities meet legal and regulatory requirements.
* Establish and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders, including tenants, investors, local authorities, and industrial partners, to foster collaboration and mutual success.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly in engineering, construction, and project management, to modernize and expand new facilities while ensuring transparent integration with ongoing operations.
* Act as the sustainability environmental representative, ensuring that all real estate and infrastructure projects respect environmental norms and align with the organization's sustainability objectives.
* Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability to achieve impactful projects and organizational objectives.
Your other responsibilities
* Participate in initiatives promoting inclusion (e.g., Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Project).
* Participate in the integration of new colleagues.
* Participate in waste sorting and energy-saving practices by adopting a responsible behavior.
The required skills and qualifications
* Degree in real estate management, civil engineering, urban planning, business administration, or a related field.
Experience
* At least 10 years of experience in real estate, infrastructure development, or a similar function, preferably in the aviation or logistics/transport sectors.
* Proven experience in managing large-scale development projects.
