Position Title: Business Analyst / Project Manager
Location: Liège, Belgium
Duration: 12 months
Languages: French and English
Your Responsibilities:
Support the sponsor with daily program-related activities: decision prep, issue framing, roadmap tracking, stakeholder coordination, and arbitration organization.
Lead business analysis tasks: understand business processes, assess impact, define needs, draft decision-support documents.
Manage projects operationally: oversee planning, coordination, and execution for key program streams.
Monitor strategic and technological developments in smartgrid regulation, energy distribution trends, and innovation.
Propose improvements to internal methods, tools, and governance frameworks.
Must-Have Criteria:
3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
1–2 years of Project Management experience
Master’s degree in Engineering (civil/industrial) or Management (HEC)
Knowledge of DSOs (GRD context) or related utility professions
Fluent French – verbal and written
Strong analytical thinking, structured documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Nice to Have / Should Have:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and tools like MS Project
Experience using JIRA
Prior work in the energy/utilities sector
Autonomous, flexible, team-oriented mindset
Strong organizational and communication skills
