De BU Consumer Goods & Industrial Solutions beheert de volledige supply chain van consumptiegoederen binnen marktsegmenten zoals de textiel, DIY producten, Pharma, Sport, E-Commerce en producten met industriële toepassing. Katoen Natie heeft meerdere vestigingen verspreid over 40 landen in Europa, Noord-Amerika, Zuid-Amerika en het Verre Oosten en stelt zo'n 18000 mensen tewerk.
De business unit Consumer Good and Industry beheert de logistiek en distributie van goederen zoals textiel, DIY producten, voeding, farmaceutische producten, producten met een industriële toepassing, E-commerce, enz.
Job Description
* Centraal kenniscentrum en aanspreekpunt voor de dagelijkse transportoperaties.
* Manuele ingaven van de bestellingen/ behandelen en opstellen transport en douanedocumenten.
* Klanten verzoeken behandelen.
* Operationele verzoeken behandelen.
* Afstemmen met carriers om on-time leveringen te verzekeren door het opvolgen van de vrachtwagens via track & trace tools, door de klant opgestelde documentatie.
* Updates maken van interne track & trace tools om deze dan dagelijks te verzenden naar de klant.
* Updates maken van de KPI's.
* Reageren op/ ad hoc selecteren van transport, carriers rekening houdend met kwaliteit en kost.
* Regelen van de terugzendingen.
* In-time rapportering van escalaties naar de transport manager.
* Assisteren in de maandelijkse operationele review meeting met carriers.
* Registratie en follow up van transport claims.
Your profile
* Minimum bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
* Ervaring in de logistieke sector.
* Vlot in Nederlands en Engels, Frans is een plus.
* Sterke analytische vaardigheden.
* Basiskennis van douane en incoterms.
* Focus steeds op de klant.
* Grondige kennis van MS Office Excel.
