Responsibilities include:

Prepare and process monthly payroll in collaboration with the social secretariat (Partena), ensuring accurate reconciliations with MPLEO timesheet data.

Draft and manage employment and consultancy contracts, maintain HR records, and ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements.
*
Act as the first point of contact for employees and consultants on HR-related questions, providing timely and professional support.
*
Support recruitment activities, onboarding and offboarding processes, and scheduling of interviews.
*
Oversee the MPLEO timesheet system, monitor entries, correct inconsistencies, and participate in ad-hoc HR projects.
Profile required:

experience in any HR operations, payroll, administration, or recruitment.
*
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
*
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in HR systems and MS Office; MPLEO knowledge is a plus.
*
Able to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Freelance mission, part-time (60%), duration of 4.5 months from January to May 2026, based in Brussels.
