Our client is an international company active in healthcare. The company is located in Zaventem and is looking for reinforcement for their customer support team through Hays. They are a rapidly growing company with a dynamic team and motivated colleagues.
Your new role
For this job as Customer Support you’ll respond to inbound calls and emails from users of medical equipment and ask the right questions to understand issues and apply structured, logical troubleshooting.
You follow documentation and complaint-handling procedures to ensure compliance, accuracy and quality using tools as Salesforce, ticketing systems and phone platforms. You’ll work closely together with technical support and technical experts.
Your profile
For this job as Customer Support Hays is looking for a candidate who
1. is fluent in spoken and written communication in Dutch, German and English.
2. A first work experience as customer support, helpdesk or technical support is a must.
3. Experience in the medical or pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
4. Besides, you love to be in contact with clients & an international working atmosphere.
5. Finally you are able to prioritise and manage multiple cases simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced, growing and changing environment.
What you'll get in return
