Exhibitly is bringing AI to the $60B events industry that's been stuck in 2010. We're building a suite of tools that rethink how events attract, engage, and convert their audiences.

Why now

Everything so far has been inbound. Zero outbound. Zero marketing. Zero paid. Just a product people want. Now imagine what happens when we actually try.

We need someone to build the growth and marketing function from scratch. Someone who can think in systems AND write a LinkedIn post. Someone who runs the funnel AND shapes the brand.

What you'll do

Build the GTM engine

* Own the full go-to-market motion: positioning, messaging, channels, campaigns. You build the playbook from zero
* Scale inbound through SEO, content, email, and partnerships. Build the channels that bring the right organisers to us without knocking on doors
* Launch new products into the market. New products are coming. When they ship, you figure out how they land

Own the funnel

* Instrument everything: activation, conversion, retention. Widget CTR, report engagement, share rates. You know the numbers cold
* Find the drop-offs. Build the systems that fix them. Run experiments that move the needle
* Design growth loops and viral mechanics. Our product touches thousands of end users on other people's websites. Every interaction is a potential growth lever

Build the brand

* Make Exhibitly the name in event tech. LinkedIn, industry events, case studies, partnerships with agencies and organisers
* Create content that positions us as thought leaders, not just another vendor
* At our size, everyone does everything. You write the blog post, you design the email, you set up the campaign. Then you measure what worked

Shape the strategy

* Work directly with the CEO on market expansion, pricing experiments, and partnership strategy
* Feed market intelligence back into the product roadmap
* Help define how we approach new geographies and new customer segments

Who you are

* 2+ years in growth, marketing, or GTM roles at a B2B SaaS or product-led company
* You think in systems: loops, flywheels, funnels, compounding mechanics
* Scrappy executor: you can build a landing page, write a LinkedIn post, and set up an email sequence in the same afternoon
* AI-native: you use AI tools to do the work of a 3-person team
* Data-driven: you set up tracking, read funnels, and make bets based on numbers
* Strong communicator who can pitch to enterprise organisers and craft compelling copy
* Fluent in English. Dutch, French, or German is a plus

Nice to haves

* Experience with embedded products: widgets, plugins, tools on other people's platforms
* Background in events, martech, or marketplaces
* CRO chops: A/B testing, funnel optimisation, conversion experiments
* SEO experience or hands-on with paid acquisition (Google/LinkedIn Ads)
* Strong eye for UI/UX: you care about how things look and feel
