In this role, you'll take ownership of the strategy, development, and quality of some of our connectivity products—whether it's mobile (5G, eSIMs), fixed broadband or in-home smart tech. If it connects, it's in your wheelhouse.
You’ll collaborate across engineering, digital, IT, marketing, customer operations and external partners to bring products from concept to launch—and into the hands of our residential and SoHo (small office/home office) customers. You’ll craft and own the roadmap, and be the driving force behind an exceptional experience for users across our Telenet and Base brands.
We’re looking for someone who keeps a finger on the pulse of both consumer needs and tech trends—someone who can shape a seamless ecosystem our customers can rely on, day in and day out. We will make sure you have a fun and rewarding experience while doing so.
Your Key Focus areas
1. You manage the full product lifecycle of your connectivity product line & you lead key product initiatives for the connectivity roadmap.
2. Based on research & existing data, you build extensive knowledge and deep understanding of customer needs in the connectivity area, and you translate this into relevant insights and business opportunities
3. You anticipate competitive changes and market trends and translate this into a roadmaps
4. You scan and analyze the market for emerging technologies and perform assessments of what technologies could be useful for Telenet and/ or its customers. ou keep on top of our customers’ experience various channels (research, sales channels, customer care, field technicians, web, …).
5. You work closely with other connectivity team members and our global partners to align the product roadmap.
6. You work on business cases for your initiatives together with Go-to-market and Finance.
7. You manage the product lifecycle of the solutions within your portfolio.
8. You monitor customer satisfaction of our connectivity solutions, and initiate projects to improve the connectivity experience and bring innovation to the customer.
9. You act as the product expert and internal/external product evangelist
10. You work closely together with Engineering, IT, market research and digital/ app teams to assure timely and high-quality delivery of your projects.
Your profile as Product Manager Connectivity:
11. More than 5 years experience in connectivity and/or digital solutions is a plus.
12. You have a university degree in economics, engineering, marketing or MBA.
13. You have relevant product management experience, marketing experience or engineering experience.
14. You are passionate about technology, telecom and media.
15. You are a real team player, willing to work in an agile environment, who also gets results by his/her own efforts
16. You take ownership of your projects and can act as a ‘go-to’ person
17. You combine strong analytical skills with a creative and positive mind
18. You are a strong and convincing communicator, and you know how to deal with a t
19. Languages: Native NL or FR speaker, with a solid knowledge of ENG, both spoken and written
20. Experience in connectivity and/or digital solutions is a plus
