AISB-416 IT Transition & Assurance Manager
Are you passionate about leading IT transitions and ensuring seamless service delivery across complex environments? We are seeking a skilled IT Transition and Assurance Manager to guide and support transformation initiatives across a high-impact organization.
Your Mission:
* Lead and support Transition Planning and Support activities within strategic IT programmes and projects.
* Collaborate with Project Managers to develop detailed transition plans and documentation.
* Ensure that all transition activities are planned, aligned with business priorities, and executed effectively.
* Assist in designing and maintaining the Service Transition strategy, plans, and policies, ensuring they align with best practices and organizational goals.
* Contribute to developing reusable transition templates and evaluation strategies under the guidance of the Senior Transition & Assurance Manager.
* Conduct risk assessments, implement corrective actions, and ensure service readiness during project rollouts.
What You Bring:
* University degree in a relevant field (minimum BSc or equivalent).
* At least 2 years of experience in IT Service Management, ideally within medium to large organizations.
* Solid hands-on experience in Service Transition Management across diverse industry sectors.
* Proven ability to deliver high-quality outcomes under pressure and manage competing priorities.
* Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to brief and collaborate at all levels.
* Capable of identifying risks and recommending mitigation and improvement plans.
Required Certifications:
* ITIL 4 certification
* PRINCE2 or equivalent Project Management certification

A very good command of English is essential; the capacity to speak French, German, or Dutch is an asset.
Most positions require at least 3 years of experience, but some are open to new starters.
